We’re so excited to welcome the industry to New Orleans - our hometown, and the heart of everything we do at Baker Maid. Whether you already carry our cakes or are just curious to see what we’re all about, we’d love for you to swing by our booth and say hi.

We’ll be showcasing:

• Our decorated sheet cakes, made for retail and ready to shine in your bakery case
• Scratch-baked cake layers - moist, sturdy, and decorator-approved
• Petit fours, hand-poured and ready for in-store decorating
• And our newest tray cakes, portable and perfect for those grab-and-go moments.

This year’s setup is extra special: we teamed up with Stronghold Studios (yep, the crew behind the Mardi Gras house floats and JazzFest art and installations) to design a booth that feels like home - colorful, creative, and a little over the top in the best way.
